SFWRecon is a product of SFW:Unlocked, a division of Points South Consulting LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use SFWRecon at sfwrecon.com and app.sfwrecon.com.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and password. If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by Stripe — we do not store your credit card number, bank account, or other payment credentials on our servers.

Prospect Data You Submit: When you create a dossier, you provide information such as company name, website URL, industry, services pitched, and additional context. This data is used solely to generate your dossier.

Generated Dossiers: The research and analysis produced by SFWRecon is stored in your account so you can access it later.

Usage Data: We may collect basic usage analytics such as pages visited, features used, and error logs to improve the product.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide, maintain, and improve SFWRecon
To process your transactions and manage your subscription
To generate prospect intelligence dossiers based on your inputs
To send transactional emails (account confirmation, payment receipts)
To respond to support requests

We do not sell your personal information or dossier data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

3. Third-Party Services

SFWRecon uses the following third-party services to operate:

Supabase: Database and authentication hosting
Stripe: Payment processing — subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy
Google Gemini API: Research generation
Anthropic Claude API: Strategic analysis generation

Prospect data you submit may be sent to these AI services to generate your dossier. We do not use your data to train AI models. Please refer to each provider's privacy policy for details on their data handling.

4. Data Retention

Your account data and dossiers are retained as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data and dossiers within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), secure authentication, and encrypted payment processing through Stripe. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may:

Access and update your account information at any time
Request deletion of your account and associated data
Cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting support

7. Cookies

SFWRecon uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
