These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SFWRecon, a product of SFW:Unlocked, a division of Points South Consulting LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using SFWRecon, you agree to these Terms.
SFWRecon is an AI-powered prospect intelligence platform that generates strategic dossiers using publicly available information and AI analysis. Dossiers are designed to help agency founders, consultants, and marketing professionals prepare for pitches and client engagements.
You must provide a valid email address and create a password to use SFWRecon. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
New accounts receive 2 complimentary dossier credits. No credit card is required for the free trial. Free trial credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.
Subscription Plans (Scout, Command): Billed monthly through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month. Dossier credits reset to your plan allocation at each renewal. Unused credits do not roll over.
One-Time Purchases (Single Dossier, Bespoke): Charged once through Stripe. Credits are added to your account immediately upon payment confirmation.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access to your remaining credits and existing dossiers through the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
Dossier credits are consumed only upon successful completion of a dossier. If a dossier fails to generate due to a system error, your credit is not consumed. We make reasonable efforts to ensure dossier completion but cannot guarantee results for every prospect.

Our IP: SFWRecon, the SFW framework, SFW:Unlocked, and all associated branding, software, and methodologies are the property of Points South Consulting LLC.
Your Dossiers: You retain full rights to use the dossiers generated for your account for your own business purposes. We do not claim ownership of your generated dossiers.
SFWRecon is provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive for accuracy, dossiers are generated using AI analysis of publicly available information and may contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or incomplete data. Dossiers are intended as research aids, not as definitive facts. You are responsible for verifying information before acting on it.
We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any dossier content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Points South Consulting LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business, or data, arising from your use of SFWRecon. Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Subscription fees are non-refundable for partial months. If you experience a technical issue that prevents dossier generation, contact support@sfwunlocked.com and we will work to resolve the issue or provide a credit at our discretion.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Continued use of SFWRecon after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@sfwunlocked.com.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
